SMBA weekly skills program is designed for players to elevate their play with progressive drills, speed and agility training and game situational play!

Ages 6-14
SMBA skills training program is for players, ages 6-14 of all skill levels and abilities,. We focus on individual skill development, the importance of fundamentals, and the development of a healthy team attitude. Players in our program, learn, progress and develop into skilled players. During our weekly skill sessions, some players who have progressed their game over time have an opportunity to tryout for our club teams in their age divisions.

Players in the skills training program can attend our skills training at any time during those hours on the weekend and train with SMBA coaches!

SMBA is the local Host for the 2023 Jr. NBA Skills Challenge!
The Jr. NBA Skills Challenge provides boys and girls, ages 13 and younger, the opportunity to improve upon and showcase their fitness through five fundamental basketball skills: shooting, lay-ups, dribbling, passing, and defense. Participants compete at a Local Competition as they try to earn their spot at the National Finals being held during the 2023 NBA Draft this June.
